Linkedin down for several users today in North America
As of Nov 17th, users reported that Linkedin down in several parts of North America, with reports coming from Canada and the USA.
Linkedin down mostly around Toronto, Motreal and Vancouver region in Canada around 1:30 pm EDT. People were initially shocked to see if their accounts were hacked then understood this is downtime for the social media network.

The below heat map shows where user-submitted problem reports are concentrated over the past 24 hours. It is common for certain problems to be reported throughout the day.
The Downdetector website only reports an incident when the number of reports is significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day.
Pages managed by users were shown otherwise, and it seems like someone just took the users of their admin roles.
