Soon he finds out something unethical is happening with the governments’ cyber operations and decides to take it out the public after gaining all the evidences he could. This movie is wonderfully narrated, with the utmost details. As per the movies, Snowden states NSA is tracking all the cell phones in the world, breaching the privacy of all the individuals. He believes in the privacy of the citizens, which makes him react to this unethical actions of NSA.

The film is about the exploitation of citizens’ private information by the third party website like Google and Facebook. Considering the movie is after the Edward Snowden incident, it also revolves around that aspect of privacy breach.

With user’s privacy being prioritized in recent times, this film circles around the Facebook case where Mark Zuckerberg’s incident of privacy breach, allowing third party websites to make use of the data that is being shared in the Facebook is narrated in this movie. An excellent subject to talk about, yet interesting to watch, especially when you are working from home and being occupied with social media sites.

4. Enemy of the state

Enemy of the states is a surveillance based movie that stars Will Smith as Lawyer in Washington D.C. The government had some surveillance mechanism which gets triggered for words like bomb, president, allah, etc. Will Smith has no idea he has the evidence of the congressman’s murder and he is being chased by the officials to retrieve the information. The movie was released in 1998, and the surveillance topic, was so catchy to the audience.

The Enemy of the state is an action thriller with absolutely perfect narration and screenplay, with a runtime of 2 hour 12 minutes and IMDB rating of 7.3. You can watch the full movie on Hotstar.

6. War Games

War Games shows us why the computer is a threat, how is it designed to do what it is told to do, and how it can soon blow off this planet. This movie was released in 1983, and it has a high school senior who locks himself in the bedroom with a computer, who accidentally connects to the Defense Department and starts eavesdropping into the World War III communications.

7. Kim Dotcom: Caught in the web

Kim Dotcom a tech entrepreneur, and owner of the popular file-sharing site, MegaUpload arrives in New Zealand with his family, seeking peace and normal life.

As he is an entrepreneur lives a extravagant and luxurious life. All those happiness came down, when FBI’s behest, 70 heavily armed officers breached inside Dotcom mansion, arresting him and his coders for a number of charges relating to a copyright infringement by MegaUpload, and the story unveils like that.
